Hi Samantha, coming from someone who’s having depression and anxiety for 20+ years. I tried the following: Vitamin D daily, walking 10min or more daily, write down one good thing about myself before bed, focus on my breathing for 5min every morning, and of course medication and therapy. Hope you find this a bit helpful, I know your struggle is brutally real, you are in my thoughts. You’ve got this!

Hey Samantha! Consider me an older sister or even Aunty-type....LOL! I love that you can be transparent and say when you are going thru hard because we all do! I know sometimes it's harder when you are opening yourself up to public opinions because people can be cruel. Just know that whenever anyone leaves you a hurtful or negative comment, that is a them problem and that you have more people than you realize cheering you on. The last couple years have been a little tough but clearly you are tougher, even when you don't think so during the tough moments. And not to push any form of religion on anyone-but people from all over are praying for your happines and continued success. XOXO-A big sis in the US

Samantha...you know I went through the exact same thing with my Lily just over a month ago. My job would've allowed me to take time off, too, but I just couldn't do it. One day of not working & I was crying over her all day as she slept, vigilant to every movement & breath. It was not good for me, so I worked through the rest of the time. It helped her rest & keep me distracted. This is going to be hard, as you know, but we are all here for you & Roux ❤ I have that Givenchy concealer in my cart right now & debating on pulling the trigger. How did it wear for the rest of the time you had it on? I got my haul in 4 days & going to put all my new stuff on now to cheer myself up 😊

Like someone else mentioned the PM bronzers look lighter in the pan than on the skin. Also Sephora does not carry the entire range. I ordered from the PM website.

The Pat bronzer will work on you, they apply darker than they look in pan and build up. I have Nirvana and Desert Glow. Sending you good vibes!!

As someone who has anxiety and learning to cope. I have 4 boys and a job I have to be at every day and I’ve learned that for me anyways on my most crappy days that staying in routine and doing my normal routine of things truly helps and helps! Because what you said about not working or jobs not caring or allowing you to stay home is very true. Getting out also helps me. Thanks for showing that MU4E powder and Danessa’s blush, I’ve been looking at both. The DM foundation in that same formula is great during hot and humid summer. I use the translucent mostly as a primer. Soaks up the face greez you know! I stopped ordering samples b/c they rarely added them to package. I’m glad you actually got something!
