My experience has been a little different than you've described in your video. My bed shook slightly and repeatedly right before I woke in the morning. Once I was awake enough to physically feel it (barely conscious) it stopped. In my mind's eye I looked to the end of my bed and saw an elderly couple. She spoke to me without talking, it was like telepathy. Nothing came from her mouth but she said "Wake up lazy bones".

I have all of them! Visions especially I can see people faces. I have tons of paper around with my thoughts quotes and inspirational things that I hear. I speak when I do my meditations so I take a tape recorder. The Astral projection for me, I have been in the Universe flying many times or just standing. When my moods changed, I tell myself, these feelings are not mine. I go to my Spiritual room and Pray. I spent my time alone most of the times. I don't like noise nor too much people around me. I can feel energy! I prefer Nature and all related to Spiritual Universal Godly Love 🙏

8:51am In the South West US...I've had a combination of about 99% of th😮e Claire's for years but my son has so many different gifts its actually driving him insane! We come from a spiritual family. He's now 50 years old, was told by James Van Praagh that he wanted to mentor him when we went for a reading back in the early 90's. My so needs help desperately! Can you possibly suggest anything?

I wake up in early morning hours. Feeling like I am freezing from the inside. Almost like a spirt is inside me. I use to get really afraid of it because I do work in a jail and was once told that spirts may follow me home.
