Bear and Breakfast is a laid-back management adventure game where you play as a well-meaning bear trying to run a B+B in the woods. Hank and his friends find an abandoned shack and, equipped with their teenage ingenuity, turn it into a money-making bed and breakfast scheme for unsuspecting tourists. As your business expands so do the mysteries of the forest, and Hank soon finds himself uncovering a plot deeper than the wilderness itself.

Ok to ANYONE wondering about the lack of switch release from July 28: The game was delayed for switch due to having issues with the controllers, but it’s expected to finally be available in a couple more months which puts it in line with an early fall release. Please help signal boost this— you aren’t being fleeced or anything, it’s just the devs trying to make sure the switch joycon and the game actually function as intended.

I played the demo while back on Steam and enjoyed it. The game is challenging as have to keep guests happy while foraging and working on building. I love the decorating aspect.

Im glad theres at least one of these kinds of games that has you managing something else other than a farm. Like I get it but a farm isn't the only thing you can be running in a sleepy town in the middle of no where.

Been waiting for this game since the first trailer. Love how the music slowly intertwines with an eerie distortion around at the end.

I literally emailed the company and I'm constantly checking both steam and the eshop for any updates on the game for like the last year or two since its original announcement. so excited we now have a date!

Aw darn. From the trailer I was hoping this was an Octodad type situation, where you have to maintain a B&B (and do general handyman work) as a creature very much not equipped to do so.

I saw this game earlier in development and was just as interested then as I am now. Looks like a super comfy game that allows for plenty of personalization.
