ABOUT LISA:
Lisa is arguably the happiest music teacher on the planet. We can’t prove it, but we’d be willing to bet on it. With a background in classical and contemporary vocal training and a love for popular music, Lisa Witt focuses on helping her students uncover their own, unique sound and develop their voice with simple routines and tips for faster results. Her personal singing journey started filled with intimidation and fear about “singing out loud”. Lisa’s desire to find confidence led her to discover HOW her voice works (physically) and gained newfound confidence and passion to perform in her discoveries that she now shares in her lessons. Lisa is a singer-songwriter who values singing as a therapeutic release for communicating harder emotions.

  • Interestingly. I had voice therapy because my left side larynx is paralysed. It involves humming through a plastic straw into water. The bubbles give a back resonance to the larynx and ‘massages’ it. It strengthens and soothes at the same time. I suspect the bubble exercise here does exactly the same.

wow! and I thought I couldnt sing.... OMw.. I have only done this for two days now and it is amazing. I'm going to do it every day for the rest of my life... Thank you so much
  • @TruePhil
Lowered larynx, breath flowing, go forward straight ahead, strong diapghragm, same intensity, smooth transition, don't strain
  • @mikhaellawalden
I'm amazed at the difference I felt after the first exercise! I might just use these to stop my voice from being croaky and weird in the morning lol
  • @favourfelik3381
I've done this exercise for 2 month and it's really effective, when I started singing I never did a vocal warm up but I still sounded good, but after this video I really see so much improvement
  • @MrMatutens
This video made me feel like a magician is performing an act on me. Its crazy how much you can tell your own changes in the voice after each excersice
  • OMG, i can see a huge difference on my voice, my voice used to be very weak and because of these exercises i can feel how my voice improved so far, it's just crazy.
  • @Irishvox1
Many thanks for this. My left vocal cord was paralysed a few years ago and stopped me performing for over a year. Lots of vocal therapy and LaxVox (blowing bubbles through a tube) helped me be able to sing again. I am in my late 70s and giving a few concerts soon so I was looking for a daily training programme to strengthen my voice - your sessions are just what I needed and I am now enjoying doing your exercises every morning. What a gift! Thank you again - you rock!

i was in a house fire, and my voice was affected, so these were really helpful!!
  • @majr25_13
Had never heard of a “vocal reset” until watching this video. All this time I thought I was doing something wrong or that learning to sing correctly was not meant for me. Thank you for this life changing revelation! Talk about turning a frown upside down 😊
  • This is the one vocal exercise that I’ve found doesn’t hurt. Not saying other vocal coaches aren’t amazing on here! But this one finally clicked for me! And I do actually feel a release toward the middle and end of the exercise. The tongue to lower gums really helped me to relax the tongue and made things far more effortless
  • Your warm ups are literally my favorite on the internet! They’re amazing! You’re an incredible teacher! Thank you so much!
  • @Divamdude
the way you talk , raises the energy !
  • @mimi1376
Thank you for your videos! I have not been in a choir for about 14 years, and now I want to join again. After 14 years of not doing every day warm ups and singing, I have become quiet and can not hit the highest 3 notes I used to. Your videos will help and your warm ups feel good!
  • @TK-go8tq
Thank you. I wasn't in the mood to sing today but the warmups helped me get the energy I needed!
  • This young lady is talented🔥I was watching a piano tutorial by her and now she giving me singing lessons😮‍💨🔥
  • I enjoy every one of your vocal teachings and am thinking of subscribing to the Singeo membership vocal course. God has truly gifted you, Lisa, with the ability to teach. May your heart always know that Jesus loves you and He desires to hold your heart and sing over it with words of love, joy and peace. God Bless!.
