It was a bit windy but otherwise beautiful at Padre Island over spring break 2024. We set the Chevy Silverado HD to 4WD high, lowered the tire pressure and boogied to MP 12 before we lost daylight. No big deal though - we were secluded. Just the way we like it.

Use the hard heads(saltwater catfish) for cut bait. Grew up in CC and fished the beach a million times. You can catch some big redfish and blk tip sharks with it.
  • Have you ever thought of down sizing to a Toyota Tundra or Chevy Trail Boss? We just went from a Chevy 2500 Texas edition w/ Duramax pkg, to a 2024 Toyota Tundra Twin Turbo V6 iFoce Max TRD Proā€¦we LOVE it. Put 1k miles on here in one weekend and did it fast!
