Feeding my savannah monitor eggs

In this video I feed my savannah monitor some eggs. Monitors have a varied diet but mainly they like insects. They can have raw meats and the occasional rat or mouse. I also read somewhere they can eat eggs. So I thought we could see if my monitor would be ingested in eggs.

There is the theory put there that early humans brains started to develope more once we started rating cooked meet. I wonder what would happen if you got any lizard or snake to start eating cooked eggs like this or meet if u would see a more developed brain
