Quick and Easy Honey Garlic Tofu

A must try tofu recipe!

Ingredients:

16 oz firm tofu, cut into cubes
cornstarch for dredging
cooking oil
black pepper to taste
a pinch of chili flakes, more if you want it spicy
1 green onion

Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1.5 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 big cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon cornstarch

    按这四步会好一点: 1、先用小火把豆腐煎到两面至金黄色(用中火,油里放一点盐); 2、锅内留点油,放入葱、姜、蒜炒香,然后再放入煎好的豆腐(加少量酱油、耗油、白糖); 3、倒入少量的水,焖煮两分钟(盖上锅盖); 4、加入少量水淀粉,大火收汁(可适量撒上一些葱花);
