    I have been listening to this video allot, I had arthritis pain since I was diagnosed with degenerative arthritis of the spine at 29 years old. They said they have not seen it at such a young age. That I would not walk by 40. I am 61 now and I have a believe that it you do not own it, then it is not yours. Yet if you allow yourself to be overcome with pain or emotion then you will own it. When things started to get" poor me", with everything going on, I felt pain in my feet, my ankles, my knees and hip. The Doctor called it body spread arthritis. I could hardly walk. This video reminded me that I can heal myself and after a short period of time, I was reminded that I was in control of my body and now I have no pain and I walk 5 miles a day. Thank-You! I hope everyone can take faith in this knowledge and move out pain that does not belong to them.

    This is Divine God-sent. I am thankful I allowed a few minutes to listen as I lie down to sleep. A nagging pain on left side of skull down to neck, shoulder went away IMMEDIATELY. The pain started on Sunday and today is Wednesday. And itā€™s my first time here and 30:15 I am just a few minutes into this guided calm voice.   • I have been using this every night for the past few weeks, and I have to say it's incredible! I've been following you for a couple years and really started meditating with you last year regularly and it's been amazing! Truly! And this new 2 hour sleep meditation has been just the best for me. I've had trouble with sleeping since I was 12 years old started meditating at 19 to help me and been meditating now for over 30 years. Not until this guided meditation have I felt so well rested, and calm. I love you guys thank you for creating so many wonderful life enhancing and changing meditations.

  • I started using this randomly when I felt a little under the weather and I would wake up feeling awesome - but I always attributed it to zinc or vitamins or something else. Then I wanted to test it so I stopped taking those vitamins for a few days and voila. Itā€™s definitely this amazing meditation. Now I listen every night. Great stuff.
