Minutes after Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), her daughter Karen (Judy Greer) and granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) left masked monster Michael Myers caged and burning in Laurie's basement, Laurie is rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, believing she finally killed her lifelong tormentor. But when Michael manages to free himself from Laurie's trap, his ritual bloodbath resumes. As Laurie fights her pain and prepares to defend herself against him, she inspires all of Haddonfield to rise up against their unstoppable monster.

Saw it last night and everything JLC said about the audience reaction is 100% accurate. This one was so much more intense in so many ways compared to any other movie in the franchise

James Jude Courtney is an absolutely jaw-dropping as Michael Myers! For being his age and doing those stunts, is astonishing!
  • Michael sitting in the chair is creepy af and reminds me when he sat in the chair in H4. I glad DGG is making Michael scary again.

I can't wait till the release of Halloween Kills, Only 15 Days.

Looks like we’re gonna meet an angrier, vengeful, and more violent Michael Myers as opposed to the usual lurking in wait and stalking his victims Michael. Haddonfield will forever be traumatized.
  • Ya know, even as an actor in one of these films the sight of Michael Myers coming at me would still terrify me. That soulless blank face, those hollow black eye sockets, that slow deliberate movement, I’d be frozen in terror!

I have always LOVED the Halloween movies. Friday the 13th & Nightmare on Elm Street can not compare. Jamie Lee Curtis is still the SCREAM QUEEN!

I love how Michael looks so badass with the house on fire behind him, and then starts to get down just to almost trip on the first step. He must be like, " Get a hold of yourself, you silly old pumpkin🎃, its all about the spooky look".

Just saw it yesterday and it was non stop action! I love how the story ties into the original 1-2 Halloween as if it continued right where it left off.
  • I was expecting to see Michael brushing his mask's hair when he was sitting at Judith's spot lol
