In fact, the idea of leaving web shooters aside came from James Cameron in the 90s. He sat down with Stan Lee and they debated it. James Cameron's project was considered too adult, so he left and they called Sam Raimi in 1999 to direct, and he took several ideas from James, like the web issue, for example, and ruled out the final fight in the Twin Towers

Don't know why Red and black suit is liked by a lot. In my opinion it doesn't look heroic and looks kinda cheap. It doesn't even have any web pattern. The designs we saw before r way better than this one. Also it's funny I recently found a old article from 2001 about SM1 where they gives lots of spoilers n leaks info about scenes from the sets. And people in the comments section r discussing how Raimi Spiderman is gonna be. It's kinda fun to read such old article now
