One day I was supposed to have lunch with a friend, she’s older than me and medically compromised. She didn’t feel well so she canceled the day before. The day we were supposed to go at the exact time that I would have been with her, (she was going to drive me) I got a call from the school that my son was sick at school and needed to be picked up. As * soon as * I got home with him I texted her and said “you aren’t going to believe this!” Normally the wow doesn’t appear that quickly, thank goodness I didn’t have to put my sick son in her car!
