Who is leaving France? There is no stat supporting that claim. Even the British tend to stay on average 20 years. You aren't everyone, simply speak in your name and most people who move to another country have no problem learning the local language so they can make a comfortable life for themselves.

Let me comment about the tax system. There are taxes because there are state services (as you sure witnessed). Granted, the tax system ought to be be refounded (right know, it has gotten unjust and unfair, yet... it still works somehow), but we better choose first what kind of assistance and services we want to be provided by the welfare state, and this a highly political question that roots deep into our democracy's history.

To live in France ...you've got to learn french !!! what a big info !! try to live in russia, or crotia or Italie or Tunisia for what matters...You're a black girl who speaks english because the UK colonised your country at some point in history. Learning french isn't a drawback, it's the price to pay to get out of where you are .
