One thing I remember hearing about BTAS that was an original concept for an animated show was that animators worked on black and laid the buildings, lights, characters, etc on top of the black because the majority of the story would take place at night. It made sense, but I hadn't imagined it before I heard that tidbit.
  • The villain I'd like to see? Mary Louise Dahl aka "Baby Doll". Her introduction episode in "B:TAS" is one of my favorites. The end of the episode is just heartbreaking.
  • Professor Pyg. He didn’t get a chance to shine on Beware The Batman. If this is going to be an adult themed Batman, then why not a frightening serial murderer.
  • Yup, I'm calling it: Adult Bruce Wayne goes on a business trip to NYC and meets one of its most influential citizens. A fellow billionaire playboy named Lamont Cranston!❤
  • Man I was LITERALLY just yesterday imagining what a 40's set Batman would look like visually "but nobody will take that chance" I say to myself...:O gotta love Matt Reeves

This looks really interesting. I'm excited too see what they put together. As for the Batman fatigue, I'd LOVE to see another Static Shock show. The original was fabulous and still doesn't get as much attention as it deserves.

I would definitely love to see professor Pyg and black mask . Also Harvey dent (not two face) and the red hood (not joker) leave two -face and joker till season two

The short answer is "every one" but let me say some things I want to see if we are reinventing every thing Robin and Batgirl are a lot younger. We see Robin from day one of his adoption and Batgirl when her dream is still to be in the Olympics we grow up with them, watch them train , see hem grow. We include some Bat rouges as children too and mirror them to the wo heroes. See how good friends slowly go mad and fall to evil while sill being friends worth trying to save. Killer Croc return to his life as a side show freak, no a mutant cockatiel. Bane works best with venom not as a mumbling league of shadows goon. Mad Hatter could rather hen mind control, have hypnosis and sill be obsessed with Alice in Wonderland. Maybe even obsessed with classic literature over all . Always trying to make real life play out like fiction that he controls. An author or a fan of books obsessed with escaping reality and creating a world where things go his way. The Penguin I like as a billionaire who lost his money, a bird enthusiast and a club owner who has a legit business as a front for pawning stollen goods. but I want to see m ore bird crimes. Poison Ivy I would start her off younger and bring her in when the 40s are ending as a protester against war and pollution she won't be in the 1st few seasons or if she is she won't be evil yet. she'll also be incredibly seductive and in to using her body to manipulate men The Riddler would have a very nori vibe. some one several moves ahead of any plan, the one guy Baman never catches who always gets away and is behind every thing , a puller of strings Scarecrow would be a Hollywood effects man latter caught up in chemical weapons testing in the Korea / Vietnam era Ra's al Ghul who has no daughter yet or where she is very young would be tied in to the events of WWIII with us uncertain as to what side he is on. tied to the real history of WWII and its horrors but also very spy focused. He would be a big part of the could war after the 40s Man-Bat may not happen if he does it would be connected to nuclear testing and mutations Or maybe make him a man in a copy of a batman consume Mr. Freeze could have a connection to Artic exploration , a person who trained to live in the artic and adapted to the cold rather then a cryogenics charter. Maybe connect him to the myth of Walt Disney or to the running of an ice cream factory. a 50s era average joe in an ice cream truck who lands on hard times. you would have to go 50s sci-fi to work in the frozen Nora stuff. Two-Face would be like Lon Chainey's Phanom of the Opera still Bruce's best friend obsessed with luck, still scared in an accident. maybe connected to prohibition Deadshot could connect to WWII, could war, Korea, MLK, JFK those sorts of things Firefly would be more Korea or Vietnam focused. maybe a WWII charter but hes kind of high tech we could have him still be a pyro at a low tech range but he would be different. I would have fun seeing The Phantasm again with the same back story The Ventriloquist & Scarface are very 40s I could see them running a moffia or a speak easy I would like to see him 1st as a child's party entertainer. Roxy Rocket fits he dare devil spirit of women in the 40s walking on bi-planes, riding houses off diving boards, drag racing etc bring back any one else I can see working most tied to WWII stories and could war stuff or prohibition, he depression etc you could bring lots of people back and it would be fun to do a deep cut , show us some one very obscure. Farmer Brown , Cheshire, Professor Pyg etc you could hold off on Joker, start with Red Hood. You could do court of owls. You could have Joe Chill in it maybe even have him not be the Wayne killer, make some one else that person bring in Zucco, Thron, Callender man, The Calculator, Clock King, maybe some 66 foes like Egg Head or King Tutt or Queen of Diamonds. if this is the 40s give us Dr. Tito but like a less offensive version. Have Baman sponsored by the war effort

What I'd like to see is them cross Batman over with the heroes of that era, namely, the Justice Society. Alan Scott/Green Lantern, Jay Garrick/Flash, etc. Maybe even do one-off movies partnering him up with other pulp heroes from that time, like The Shadow, from whom Bob Kane "borrowed" liberally.
  • Great potential. However, limiting Batman's access to certain advantages only afforded by modern tech, might be a difficult obstacle to overcome.

I'm More Stoked For Terminator Zero On Netflix given I like original film IP's more than your DC and Marvel IP's also Dark Horse and Image Comics but still that might the best looking Terminator anything and I liked Dark Fate fight me I can have unpopular opinions on film stupid jerks
  • Im excited for this. Im Not excited for the quinn change. But. I’ll have an open mind
