This looks so much easier than I remember doing it at 8/9 years old.

The amounts of nostalgia I got from this I can just see 6 year old me playing with my mom and having a blast, some of the most amazing parts of my life and I will always cherish them.

Even after playing 3D World & Odyssey and despite them being good games as well, I still say Galaxy 1 & 2 are my absolute favorite 3D Mario games and some of my favorite games of all time.

Imagine how Rosalina felt when the lumas sacrificed themselves. She saw her entire family die, and tried to make Mario feel better about it even though she was the one who suffered the most. And then she had to say goodbye to Mario. Her best friend. Poor Rosalina.

Growing up when I was little my favorite fights were Gobblegut and Megahammer the designs just seemed cool to me and felt unique.

Ah! Great memories with these games. Even still to this day, the Galaxy games are still my absolute favorite 3D Mario games. Yes. Even more so than Odyssey. As good as that game is, I still prefer Galaxy 1 & 2 more.

Is it just me, or do some games from part of the years 2005-2010 just look so amazing that even games no doesn't hold a candle to it. (Except for some Mario games. They always improve over time.) Take Super Mario Galaxy and Sonic Unleashed for example. The visuals are honestly amazing with some of the best music of all time like Gusty Garden Galaxy, the Final Bowser Fight, Endless Possibilities, Rooftop Run, and so many more favorites. Now, the visuals might not look as good in Mario Galaxy compared to Odyssey, but compare a sonic game like Unleashed to Forces. Which game has the better visuals. I say Unleashed is better due to the vast variety of colors from both day and night stages.

I freakin love these two games, words just can’t describe how much I love this game. It’s an absolute masterpiece. And this was the sh*t back when the Wii was relevant.
