  • If you can't do a proper job for what you are appointed, then you must go. A judge of all people must keep the judiciary spotless

This is selective accountability. Real real culprits are the ones doling out the beatings

The beginning of the end of us all in this country... How do you remove a judge over this nonsense reasons. If Phala phala n all those corrupt ministers still keeping their position after the zondo commission report, i dont understand why anc is doing this to prof Hlope. what happened today is apsurd, I'm sick.

South Africa’s justice system is so efficient. It can jump up at a weeks notice and lead a rugby team number of lawyers to take Israel to the international court of justice but takes some 16 years to impeach a drunken racial judge and a politically deviant judge president. And that’s not even mentioning the 93 ANC cadres cited in the Zondo Commission. And this reporter says it’s a sad day. One hopes he’s still around when Zuma is found guilty.

The same parliament that voted against the Phala Phala report, the same parliament that invited De klerk and defended him after saying apartheid was not crime against humanity. The guy's sin is that he dared to teansform the judiciary in our beloved Western Cape.

This is one of the most nonsensical action by parliament. It's infact unconstitutional to allow parliament to remove a Judge that they had never placed in that position

Viva Judge Hlophe. Weak members of parliament controlled by Maburu.
