I wouldn’t have clicked on this video if you didn’t say massive code violations also you and flair are the perfect combo
  • I remember when Flair first saw this house, it was hilarious! Nothing seems to phase you though Brad, lol. I hope that something can be done with the house. I'd love to see the firefighters use it for practice!
  • Awesome episode Brad. Having the local Fire Dept use it as practice would be pretty frickn SWEET for an episode. But if you can flip it, Do it. Cheers Brotha, loving the content 👊🏼😎

I love how every contractor is always the better of the one before them.

Being a firefighter, I suggest having the fire department come in and do some training. Acquired structures provide “real life” training for the men and women of the fire department. It’s not too often that we get the “real life” training within an acquired structure. This leaves us to train in burn structures at fire academy’s which are usually metal or concrete buildings with little to no realistic features of a home/office. For example, venting roofs (cutting holes to allow the smoke heat and gases out), taking windows out, forcing doors to make entry etc. I’m all in for fire department training!

Another amazing video! Glad i seen the notification before i put my phone down before bed! This basement is pretty scary, but some of the old stuff is awesome!!!! Id love to see you repurpose some of the old stuff! And use it in unique ways around the new house, and garages!

i think the best thing for that house is, beefcake construction remove all the drywall. Cut out all the timbers and recycle what you can. Some of them may be ok for structural and some might be nice and old for decoration. All the blocks and concrete crush up for base.

I can't imagine moving a house like this! Exciting content to come! Great work Brad!

I agree with having the fire dept use it as practice! As a volunteer firefighter, there is nothing like having the real thing to practice on before it is needed!

Love the vida keep up the good work I'll love whatever u decide to do with the house

I say donate to area fire departments to train in and burn. Rural departments rarely get the chances to utilize a structure like this for training. The complicated build, additions, make an excellent training opportunity for local departments. And as an addition, most departments will utilize the structure for extended amounts of time and effectively do a lot of the demo for you in the normal course of their training. We did a house once we spent months training in, using it for egress training when trapped, salvage and overhaul training, construction material and type training, and finally after we had used every portion for training, we burned it to the ground.
