one thing I really think I'm an expert at is trapping house sparrows and Starlings. this is the easiest way to remove a male house Barrel that has no mate. you don't have to put any kind of trap on the house to get them out.

Interesting seeing the trap in use vs plain like last video on the two kinds.
  • I have the Trio ST-1 bought in 1992, I caught around 40-45 HOSP in 2014 my silly neighbor was letting them use a see Rock City house, said she liked washing dishes and looking at them, silly old woman wouldn't even believe me when I told her what they do' since then when 7 years' a pair of HOSP show up last month, got the female, with bread, nesting material. Love the ST-1 its deadly.
  • i have this trap and bait it with bread like he said. Once you catch one it brings the others in to it. I am going to put grass in from now on.

What is your technique for dispatching the house sparrows after you catch them?

Why did they stop making this particular design of a trap? Seems well made to get the job done!
