Industrial glitch terror metal. Just the thing Doom needs.
-
6:15 to the end deserves its own song
-
I was you fan, Mick, now I've became your Windmill.
-
2:37 That drop was so heavy it smashed me into the floor of my house
-
2:37 some of the heaviest shit I've ever heard
-
Hey Mick, did you actually get to meet John Romero?
-
The way you made a guitar distortion of 93’ chainsaw sound... you’re pure genious! Also DOOM soundtrack gibes 400% more power while heavy lifting, I strongly reccomend it.
-
I can honestly say that musical cues in the soundtrack and the way music explodes during the battles hypes-the games into the stratosphere. Rarely does the music completely elevate the game, but this one truly does. Doom wouldn't be the same at all without the music. The bar has been raised.

“flesh and metal” has been the aesthetic to doom from the very first game. Demons, gore, and futuristic space stations and sci-fi weapons. Mick Gordon perfectly balanced heavy metal and industrial sounds to compliment it. This guy is an absolute genius

id: no guitars allowed mick: reinvents the guitar out of chainsaws and synths
-
3:45 might be the most insane moment on the whole ost
-
3:45 just gets me every time
-
i honestly dont think ive ever heard music so supremely savage.
-
If there's ever a Dead Space remake, please make the soundtrack Mick!!
-
Mick Gordan is to Doom as Marty O'Donnell is to Halo

Elon Musk calling his son down to dinner: 2:09

Meanwhile in Hell Imp: Where's that strange sound coming from? Hell Knight: You hear that too, right? Imp: Yeah, and for some reason, it makes me want to throw my head up and down violently. Hell Knight: And it seems to be getting louder... (Distant shotgun blasts) Hell Knight: What was that bro? Imp: I don't know, but i can't stop headbanging! Baron of Hell: Wait, is that the Doo- vaporised by BFG

I'll let my profile pic, express my feelings about Mick's work

it used to be in the DOOM series that you failed as a player if you didn't produce insane action to overcome the demons. Now it is a failure if you don't live up to the damn music score!
-
I must admit Mick, without you and your work on the soundtrack, Doom would loose 50% of it's coolness. Edit: it's a 4 years old comment, I was wrong, I GET IT stop commetning for stating the obvious. Thank you.
