Fuuuuuck....I literally did not put any chemicals in my hair at all for 2 years!!! My hair was so healthy and curls were poppin!! Then I decided I finally needed a change from boring black hair and got it dyed red. The hairdresser used bleach. My curls ain't poppin anymore and my hair is very brittle. I am so mad at myself. I should have just kept my hair black. Never again. Not worth it.

My mom forced me to go to a salon so they could dye my hair cause I shouldn't do it at home. They completely fried my hair and now it's dry and lost all of its volume so I really hope your tips work

I learned in addition to aphogee or olaplex and protein treatments and etc that y’all can use perm rods or flexi rods to give your hair the curls shape when it’s like that
