This isnt getting enough recognition for how well it was put together to show how much of a part ACE played in his future and meant to everyone including the fans that took alike to at the start, this shows true pain and sadness but also hope, you cant forget the many people that were there before that mattered along the people that mattered to them. This great, its really and truthfully devastatingly beautiful.

The reason the rest of the straw hats took ace's death so hardly is because when they needed someone the most luffy was there, but when luffy needed help...they were nowhere to be seen

Dadan's reaction when Ace died WAS SO HEARTBREAKING. SHE WAS A MOTHER TO THEM, and the way she punched Garp and asked "Why did you let Ace die? Is your duty much important than your family?!?!?" JUST MAKES ME CRYYY

1:47 Sabo's reaction to Ace's death always makes me cry so much bc as soon as he saw Ace's death on the newspaper he instantly got all his memories back, realizing Ace was his brother, crying and passing out. I can only imagine how he felt.

Over and over and over again and again no matter how many times I watch this. No matter how many times I hear this. I always struggle to not cry. Listening to usopp. Hearing what he said. It tears me apart. This is just an anime. A cartoon, but the impact of these words. No tv show, no movie, no anything could give this much impact as this scene did other then when ace died. This is an amazing anime
