Gently lift the edges with a spatula, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow underneath. 7. Continue cooking until the omelette is mostly set but slightly runny on top. 8. Carefully fold the omelette in half using the spatula. 9. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the omelette is cooked through but still moist. 10. Slide the omelette onto a plate and garnish with additional herbs if desired. Enjoy your delicious 5-star omelette!
