    I really like how you give context for what if’s. It really sets the stage for what will happen, and I am an absolute history lover. In my opinion, to answer a “what-if” question, you have to answer the questions “how and why did (something) happen” and “why and how did (historical change) happen?”. If you don’t ask and answer these questions, then the what-if question is harder to answer.
