In this breakdown, analysis, reaction and explanation, I give you the rundown on the history, culture, anatomy and physiology 101, and the way of life of the Metkayina clan. As well as explain their spirit brothers and sisters, known as the Tulkun. We learn about the Akula, Glider Fin, Hammerbrow Fish, Feathertail Fish and the Flat Skate Fish.
We hear from James Cameron on how he and his team went about designing the Metkayina. Explaining why they have no webbed feet.
My favorite part would be discussing the beauty of the design of the Metkayina village, Awa'atlu and how it works with its surroundings. Just like the Omaticaya's village inside of Hometree in the rainforest.
