Teddy Glacier Mine

Teddy Glacier Mine was established near Camborne in the 1920s by Frederick Richard Blockberger. It was named after his son Theodore (Teddy) who died in 1922. Frederick's son Walter took many photos in the region and compiled photo albums of the mine operations. This presentation gives an overview of the mining operations and shows some of the stunning photographs in the collection.
