I’m Navajo but I always have love and respect for the Hopi tribe. Apache tribe too. It’s a shame we beef with each other in AZ. This world is all of ours and we should all respect each other.

I am Mayan and my heart feels joy when I see my brothers dancing and sharing our amazing roots. Let's continue to love and always pray for one another.
  • I'm a Peruvian Inca ancestor and our America was only one. We need to keep our traditions alive all the time.

I had almost a 45 year old memory this morning from this song... I remember my gramma saying, at pow-wow, "Bird, sit still, the eagles are coming," and sure enough they did! I thought they were real. I could never figure out why they didn't come all of the time (I guess some people were visiting LA and did the eagle dance that day). My gramma is gone a long time now, but, this song finds me crying and missing her and where does the time go? Thank you for this lovely memory of a lovely time in my life.
