    Yes, a very informative podcast by all three of you and especially the important insights that Capt. Shavawn Johnson brought to the discussion, especially many of which, were helpful to bringing more women into the force and kudos to Capt. Johnson in articulating the advantages, along with some needed improvements to help those woman join.
