    I had a few panic attack type experiences post Delta, controlled them with Buteyko control pause and reduced breathing to reoxygenate the brain and body!

    High doses of vitamin d helped my breathing TREMENDOUSLY during my recovery . I was taking 50,000 iu weekly
  • I took lithium oratate 5 mg during recovery. The mental clarity improved. Also omega threes. B complex and zinc. D 3. K 2. Goid luckn
