This song talks about how he felt when he was drifting away from his friends and just distancing himself from everyone. He said he used to drink all the time and get drunk and he used not just sit at homie always in his head wondering what the hell is he doing with his life because he couldn't perform anymore and that really broke him, like it seriously broke him. This song was inspired by a movie he watched that is also called "like crazy". He said that he was expecting the typical romance movie but he was amazed when the plot showed what a real breakup/ long distance relationship felt like and that's how he felt with his friends and family

The girl symbolizes his dark side and she was the hand that dragged him into the club. This is a song about two sides of him. At the end, we see that he pulled himself into the real world. How the movie Like Crazy really lingers with you, much like this song. To me Jimin is using brilliant storytelling inspired by the movie. The feelings of longing, loneliness, and wanting to, but not being able to escape from a broken relationship is a great metaphor for Jimin's dysphoria during the pandemic. Wonderful song, elevated by mesmerizing choreo... FACE album is chef's kiss, so proud of JIMIN! 💜

Knowing FACE is meant to be listened to from top to bottom to understand all the pain and emotions Jimin went through and felt during the pandemic, some of these theories they came up with were cringey and a little painful but understandable if you haven’t read or watched any of his interviews to know the backstory of this song or his album. It made my heart hurt when Jimin said his dad was sad and almost cried when he first listened to the album. Anyway, I’m so proud of Jimin for opening up and creating this masterpiece of a solo album.
