Iron Phoenix is a badass name. Great video too.

I am impressed that he can reach anything without a ladder
  • Shawn, when you are on your own, without a camera following you, how long would it take you to inspect this house? Do you type the report into your phone as you go? How much time do you spend at home finishing the report? There aren't any videos of an inspector just doing an inspection at full speed.

Hey Mr Williams, fantastic video, learned a lot. Taking my test in about a month, so obviously have a question haha. Just curious about the A.C being tested with recent weather appearing to be on the colder side. As I type this, I don't remember the rules (will look it up once I'm done) but just wondering your thoughts on that. Again thanks for a great video.

On the AC not working did he not check if the disconnect at the unit itself was not turned off? Or was that done off camera and just not shown?
  • Great inspection.. What program are you using on your phone for your report please
  • Smoke detectors could be stored and used at a later date.. they have a resin build into the plastic to turn yellow when at end of life
