I would say that the child has good wrist control, fine motor control with his fingers using pincer grasp. Able to use both hands for different purposes, one for writing showing right hand dominance while other for cleaning using the duster with a palmar grasp. He, I assume, Peter, is able to write his name as well as one other, that's good literacy and writing skills. I may not have picked up on all of educator's instructions or the interaction between them, but he seems to have understood clearly. However, not responding in a verbal manner. Only an anecdote, but the sample size is too small to conclude it as a concern. He also has good hand-eye coordination along with ability to maintain focus and persist without losing patience.
