One of my Scottish cousins did a DNA test. When her results came back it was quite a surprise for she always thought that she was more Scottish than anything else. Here are her results: 51% Irish, 48% Scottish and wait for it, 1% Scandinavian. We had a good laugh about that one saying that one of our maternal ancestors hadn't run fast enough when she was being chased by a Viking!!
