Man s/o to stallantis and the hard working men and women that put mine and every other persons durango R/T together. Now that I see what the process looks like I feel so much gratitude knowing how much care went into it. And how y'all keep the plant floors so clean?!!!!??!.... Amazing!
  • I am also part of this family in the northeast of Brazil. (thank you so much Stellantis for the great knowledge in these almost 9 years❤

I worked at Dodge City where we made the Dodge truck from 1973 to 2007.Was a awesome experience to say the least
  • I'm from Ukraine, and I love american cars. I have a RAM 1500 for me, and a Jeep Renegade for my wife. And we are excited about it!

Damn, the last time I saw a tour of an automotive assembly plant was 1980. Full of people and sparks flying everywhere. These new factories look like they are building for NASA.
  • As a retired Local 58 member, I've worked in that plant, most of the plants for the big 3 in Metro Detroit.

    I have a Chrysler 300S (2014) less than 45K miles-bought her 4 months ago and I appreciate the workmanship..

Actually had the pleasure to deliver to this facility, I believe it was the platforms for the automated line, but one of my favorite oversized loads. (Ram/Jeep plant in Michigan)

Absolutely love this! I currently work at a dodge Chrysler jeep ram dealership in the service side, and seeing this is so cool!!!
  • Nice to see realistic car plants on YouTube and some actual plant investment at Chrysler. Great!
  • I've been working at a body shop for a bit now and extra tips I learned was if you're painting the door, it's better to take off the mirror and belt molding (the trim at the bottom of the window) for a better paint job in the end. The mirror can get in the way, and if you're unlucky, the clear coat could stick in that gap between the door and the belt molding.

Worked at Atlas Copco for years. Happy to see their tooling included in the process.

This is an amazing tour, I like the long stretches of the ambient sounds of the plants, there are workers present but focused on the tasks. This takes me back decades to grade school when education was job "1", the great films, that's right, no video, shown in class were a great experience. It proved the value and importance of great principled cinema bringing to a classroom and the world, priceless information and knowledge. One film documentary that was predecessor to this video was "The Rouge", it told the story of the Ford River Rouge Complex, the oldest continuous operating auto production plant. It lacked, by design, any discernible dialog, just the ballet of industry expressed in technicolor pantomime, unforgettable. I wish there was a preserved copy of "The Rouge", it would be great to share that with my children and their peers. The video copy on youtube is badly faded, missing portions and in need of restoration. Sadly, like so many thousands of short films, documentaries and popular cinema produced outside the Hollywood sphere, they are all probably gone, deteriorated into silver nitrate and celluloid dust, sad...

I have owned over 5 Jeep’s, 1 Cherokee, 4 Grands, 1 Chrysler t&c, 1 Plymouth Savoy, and 1 AMC Hornet, 1 AMC American, 1 AMC Matador/MOPAR cars. Better than any Ford or GMC products I’ve ever had. Thanks for this vlog and sharing with us.
  • I enjoyed seeing many young, old, black, white, all together, working hard. This is the real America we don't see on TV news. congratulations.

I've had 4 Grand Cherokees 1 with 5.2 and 3 with 4.0. 2 of the 4.0s went to 340k+ miles. Currently driving a 2001 Durango SLT Plus. the Jeeps were/are made to a higher level of quality and are timeless no matter what year you have. Soon I'll park the Durango and get another WJ. Love the 4.0 engine.
  • Proud to see American cars are being produced in a America and even prouder that my people are the ones putting these beast of machines together. Thinking about leaving nY and heading to Detroit and working at one of these plants. Beautiful thing ❤
