Love this episode! Really bring back my childhood memories! I have been back and forth to Hong Kong and California between 94 to 98 and lived there for 2 years. But i have pretty good control of not sweeps street. Because i know the more i had, the more I'll miss after i come back home. And whatever money i spent, i have to make sure im not hungry for more, especially living there with minimal pay is very difficult to survive! However, those are my best times to be there by myself with new friends and freedom when i was in my early 20ish. Best times, best years to be in Hong Kong!

Actually, i often cooked XO sauce Cheng Fung for years, too. 😊 or with rice cake.

I wanted to love this documentary but as usual this documentary is more polish than spit (so rehearsed) Typical of discovery channel not addressing the real. all shining no warts n all.
