  • These stories make me miss something that I don't know. I feel nostalgia and comfort in Indian stories and people. Life is such a beautiful mystery.

As many have commented the native people were here so long before us. Their stories are no doubt based on truths, of course centuries of a spoken tale can change but there's no telling what these people encountered in the ol days. It's so very interesting to me, thanks for passing on the tale

Had a native friend in the 80s living outside Winnemucca, Nevada. He was called Thunder of Thunder Mountain. He told of giants who lived in the mountains when he was a child. They would come out and steal and eat people. They were very afraid of them and went out of their way to avoid passing the giant's caves.
  • I love anything Native American. My great grandmother was full blooded Chippewa. The music calls to me. It may sound odd but I feel it in my soul.

The book of Enoch tells of the Nephilim eating men.
  • Native Americans are pure of heart and tell the truth. I believe there is truth in their stories. LOVE.
  • I've heard this story several times from other sources. Amazing. How love for their families overcame their fear of something so monstrous, something only thought of in nightmares but somehow come to life. That's courage.

Do not dismiss the wisdom of the elders for folly or being untruthful, there's always truth rooted in Old Legends........ oh they knew! Nephilim.
  • @cshorty34
My late grandma used to tell us stories of evil giants that were defeated long ago by good giants..
