  • Great review, I recently got mine and think it is fantastic. Iโ€™ve added some sling studs and have a bipod fitted. Iโ€™ve also improved the trigger with a longer adjustment screw. I like where you put the sling stud for a drop down sling and your second Phox looks the business with the cam ๐Ÿ‘

i have the Gamo Coyote, the big brother of this rifle and mine is also spot on, i have had it almost a year, it's full power(40 joule or 33ft/lbs), i live in Holland and we have no restriction on power and you were right, the sweet spot is betweeb 200-100bar, it says max fill pressure 232, but i have never filled it up that far i stick around the 200bar mark, sometimes spor on 200 somnetimes slightly over, but that is definitely the sweet spot

Agreed. Thanks for the pointer on the side stud. Brilliant value for money.

Looking at buying one second hand at the moment. Great review ๐Ÿ‘.

Good review. I own 2. 177 for Target and 22 for hunting, both are amazingly accurate and will definitely compete with hw 100 and higher priced guns. And a good tip on that sling stud keep meaning to do it to mine ๐Ÿ‘

It really is a fantastic gun to have. I enjoy shooting this as much as I do with my weihrauch hw100. I also replaced the scope, but the package is great value. Totally recommend it ๐Ÿ‘

I have one too. As you say, excellent, I'm chuffed with mine, and the accuracy . Reccomend anytime...
  • I took the the nuts and bolts out of the figure 8 plastic bracket at the front, it has a tendency of holding the barrel off centre if it gets moved. It was perfect after that.

great review, i am looking for a pcp, this one keeps being recommended, in an absouloute beginner and looking for an entry level rifle with accuracy, thankyou sir, your review has sealed the deal. il keep you posted on progress, best regards, mike. ๐Ÿ‘
  • Based on this review, I'm gunna buy three ๐Ÿคช ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  • @penguinclips9551
The gx250 has a flatter shot string due to the larger cylinder its just a little more accurate ๐Ÿ‘
  • Great video I also have a game phox in 1.77 very pleased with it kills wood pigeons stone dead ๐Ÿ˜Š

I want to buy a good quality yarn gun from Bangladesh, can a yarn gun be parceled for me.
  • @vobchopper
I've got the coyote, no trouble with the magazines, a bit fiddly, but that plastic trigger is rubbish, swapped mine out for Charlie da Tuna aluminium one transforms the rifle
  • @generousgamer966
Apparently they have bad magazines that keep jamming which is usually why there on sale. Something gamo and bsa isn't interested in fixing.
  • @Potter5290
just bought one of these, what would you say is best pellets you have used thanks
  • bought one a few days ago, and even with the shitty non AO adjustable scope on it (i can barely see the reticle at 20m) im grouping under a 5p coin, waiting on a Vector optics C3 as i think that compact little size optic will fit the relative light weight of the phox very well. looking to put sling studs on, what length studs should i use? i have a set that has a longer one and a shorter one but due to the stock being hollow i worry a little that having too much length on one screw might get in the way of the fill tube or the screw that holds the butt pad on
