RIP Chester Bennington 'Sometimes goodbyes the only way'

You should redo this cover in honor of Chester cause this is great.

This song literally saved my life, I just broke up with my girlfriend of seven years and I went up to our spot that we used to hangout a lot, a rock wall at the outskirts of a park that was a three story drop and I had my ipod on and I was sitting there, thinking about everything that was wrong in my life. The longer I sat there the more over the edge I leaned. I sat there for at least 30 minutes, with the thoughts "If I fall would I die?" and "Maybe I can fly." going through my mind and then this song came on. The second alihondro got to the first chours is I got chills all over my body and fell back. So, I lay there looking up at the sky, repeating the song over and over. Thankful that this song came on when it did, because honestly, I don't think I would've lasted another song. Thank you, Boyce Ave. for being an incredibly amazing band.                                       You saved my life.

It's crazy to see how far advanced in the cover game these guys were even back in 2008. Everyone(including myself) was recording a one take shot where whatever recorded, recorded. It's a testimony to their popularity even in 2023!

The piano intro is trully haunting... a beautiful and bittersweet sadness infused with regret and just a hint of hope.
