I review the Klim Marrakesh and explain why I think it's the most comfortable gear in the world. With a fully breathable and stretch construction, plus CE AA protection and full CE1 armor, it's not only super comfortable but also protective. Layer up for nearly 4-season and RTW riding. #motorcycle #advrider #dualsport #klim #ride

✔Note: This doesn't flow quite as much air as a traditional mesh suit, but I feel the trade off for more stretch and comfort is worth it, plus it works a little better in cooler weather than traditional mesh. ➕BUY HERE➕ (I may receive commissions) ⚡ Marrakesh Jacket: imp.i104546.net/5gDAY2 ⚡ Marrakesh Pant: imp.i104546.net/eKGDoz Other 4-Season Options I Love: ⚡ Alpinestars Halo: imp.i104546.net/GmDVP6 ⚡ Alpinestars Bogota Pro: imp.i104546.net/nLzME6 ⚡ REV’IT Sand 4: imp.i104546.net/Zd2g1z ⚡ Klim Baja S4: imp.i104546.net/oeGVN9 (pair Baja S4 with Enduro S4 rain suit) ⚡ REV'IT! I love my Marrakesh jacket, it is the most comfortable jacket I’ve ever owned. Like you say, combine it with layers and it is all year round comfortable. I have the Klim Zephyr windproof shirt and a heated jacket underneath it on colder days and a Scott waterproof jacket over the top for when it rains. In the summer it is the coolest most comfortable jacket whilst keeping me well protected with it’s 1000 denier construction along with the ghost armour, every panel of the jacket flows air through, it’s brilliant
  • I have the Marrakesh and have toured in it in 35-90F temps so far. I upgraded to L2 armor and wear an airbag vest under the jacket. With layering, this is my 4-season jacket. Klim Forecast Gore-Tex outer shell is also a good breathable windbreaker.

Hi Ian, I am not a subscriber as I usually dont watch reviews, but once or twice a year your video pops up in my recommended feed and I check it out. I am not in a market for new motorcycle or riding gear, but as a motorcycle rider and an apparel designer I learn a lot from your insights on the moto clothing. I really appreciate the way you communicate and share your unbiased opinions and improvement suggestions.

I’ll tell ya once again thanks! You’re killing it buddy! So many great reviews. And this is the one jacket and pants (mainly jacket) I haven’t bought yet that I need for those summer days where it’s hard to put on the hot protective gear. This seems like the best answer and your title backs it up as the most comfy. Now for all the fine details that only you do. Appreciate it! I will thank you again by using your link to buy. 🏍️💨
  • @advredbikes
Thank you for the great Review Ian. I love the detail that you go into, plus the links that you provide, they are most helpful. i will have to check this suit out!!
  • @scottlazar9731
Great honest review. I've pieced together 2 sets of gear. I think I have a used version 1.0 of this and I agree. I live in the south east and we have 2+ cold months and 8 great months of 60-85 degrees (usually with a 30=60 minute rain shower) and 2 months of HOT and HUMID. This and a few well picked layers may be the answer for most of my year. And it looked great on that cruiser too. I have a Pan America and an older Road King and I've never been the denim and leather guy. Great stuff!!!!
  • Had one for over 2 years, excellent ! In the uk ,depending on our wonderful weather i just use a t shirt underneath, keiss heated jacket when cold, waterproof top if very cold or wet,i will buy again when needed
  • @jeffromoto874
I LOVE my marakesh jacket! It is extremely comfortable and blocks more wind than you would think. Great 2-3 season jacket. The minute I tried it on I knew I was going to buy it!
  • @Cbsmd-zq4zx
Looks so good. Also the neck looks like it fits you properly (so prob would fit me properly also). Def would consider these if there was some AA rating
  • @pappaclutch3266
I crashed with these on the other day, around 50mph, saved me from allot of road rash but not a broken fibula. Honestly tho It might have saved me from allot worse thanks to the CE2 pads I had in it. The jacket has light touches wear but still usable. The pants are smoked, torn near the right knee. I’ll definitely be buying again. I got 5 sets of Klim and these and the Bajas are my most used. With the Marrakesh I layer and it’s comfy from 34-80 degrees. I barely use my heavier Klim sets because it’s that good.
  • @arthurcayer6630
I bought the Marrakesh a couple of years ago, and haven't looked back. It is indescribably comfortable.
  • @soggywuffles882
Agreed on the comfort of the jacket, definitely one of my favorites. I would encourage those looking to buy one to take a good look at the sizing, they seem to run big. I’m 5’11” 170lbs and ended up buying a size small. For context I wear Rev’it and Alpinestars jackets in a size large.
  • @stephenscott6570
I own the Marrakesh suit and Klim’s Induction Mesh Suit. The Induction suit is cooler, guaranteed. And with an Alpinestars cooling vest you can survive in 104 deg.
  • Totally agree with you. I sewed a couple of velcro patches to take velcro-fixing knox soft chest protector in. But I also find that the jacket is perfect for wearing a tech-air 5 bag. You are then very well protected. You are also right - you never feel like wearing anything else again.
  • I love my Marrakesh jacket and pant combo. I carry with me a waterproof layer if it gets wet and/or cold. :)
  • @orangelion03
Klim's nod to actual fashion =) I have one in light gray and I call it my Sunday-go-to-meeting outfit. This is what I wear with riding jeans for a day ride. I have a Baja S4...I had wanted a Marrakesh jacket but couldnt justify the cost, but then I was at the local dealer with my wife and I tried it on for her. She bought it for me on the spot! I still wear the Baja for trips and off road (not sure how abrasion tolerant the M'kesh is), but the fit and look of this jacket compares to anything the Dutch or Italians make (mine replaced a Rev'it Airwave...I like the longer cut of the Klim too). Depending on weather, time of the day, etc., I will wear it with my heated jacket liner for cold temps, or just carry a windbreaker and a fleece, good to go. My new MSR mid-layer is perfect for it. Mine is a couple years old...have they added a pants connection zipper or strap to them?
  • @ChuckMahon
I have both the Marrakesh jacket and pants. In temps below 60 degrees (f) - the Klim lightweight Zephyr shell pairs really well, worn underneath, to cut the airflow against the skin. The Pants are 3 and maybe 4 season - in cooler weather I wear a base-layer long-john and i am good to 30 degrees F (with a different jacket obviously). Sizing on the jacket can be hard to nail down - thankfully Klim is very forgiving on returns for size issues. Very high quality. Highly recommended.
  • @voicuionutax
Hi. Also very good for summer is the mesh from Rukka. And is very comfortable. Rukka StretchAir is called.
