Oh god, the hands in caria manor. I had about the same reaction. I have massive arachnophobia, and those things are about the most disgusting thing in the game. Two words Hand.Spider. With way way too many fukn fingers.

First time I just ran through, the second I used Assassin's Gambit to sneak up right, killed the little dudes and sniped all the hands around the scarab XD The big one can still do that paralyzing spell but can't reach you.
