You've asked and here is the delivery. A two seat CrossKart that captures the compact big power of the single seaters, but still gives the room you want with a length that can be customized. New build methods make the chassis come together quickly and easily. Enjoy fabricating a fun machine in your garage and post your progress pictures on the Facebook group listed below.

Enjoy the build!

I appreciate all the builders/fabricators/machinists/engineers who not only leave their mistakes in their videos, but especially those who highlight them. It doesn't matter if you've done something 100 times, mistakes happen and it's not motivating or inspiring to watch content where the goof-ups are edited out. I don't speak for anyone in your audience but myself, but I find it's easier to follow along and connect with people who aren't afraid of being imperfect. I'm dying to get started on my cross kart and my kids will be stoked for a 2 seater.

I appreciate your doing all you can to make this a option for people with no fabrication skills, nice job.

Absolutely! a two seater is the ONLY way to go! Now install a 4-cylinder auto engine and transmission and then it will be right!

  • This looks great Kyle ! I cut up 2 of the 1 1/2 " tube sections today before the rains came. I have sent all 11 of my clamp blocks out to Rogue Fab to have the indexing marks engraved . So far everything is going smoothly.

  • Been waiting for this, I’ve been building a single seat buggy (Edge) but I keep holding off working on it as I really need a 2 seater to take the kids.
  • Motorcycle or electric driven formula one karts would be a cool weekend toys as well.

I have found using a chalk line can work well for marking centerline if you dont' have long straight metal.
