Just some tips, the D4 book will not drop /be shown at the librarian until you've crafted. The enchanted sugar cane, also have four other NPCs just standing there so the librarian will spawn all the time and quicker and also not be bugged and you can get a 6 NPC to be quicker but honestly I don't think it is

So I’ve been doing this from the start of bingo and I have only talked to one npc other then librarian can I still get dedication 4? I think I heard somewhere I need 5 visitors to get it

Can someone tell me why are my visitors coming every 15min? And not even that, theres a 15min timer of visitors and most of the time they dont spawn in the first place, i already am garden 5 and got 5 possible visitors
