Dragon is extremely powerful imo, he just doesn’t show himself because he’s on 5 stars GTA mode. Bro is the most wanted man in One piece, when we have Nika out there which we know is imu’s enemy. Yes he’s probably way stronger than you think, the fact that he doesn’t fight is infact purely logical since he doesn’t need to or want to.
