The woman crying and holding Donny @ 42:01 is my mother, Kelly. She was there meeting him for the first time with her twin sister. She passed away this last week but loved Donny until the end💜

Tonight my brother is resting comfortably and the end of his Cancer battle is near, I was meant to hear Wayne’s story, thank you.

I love when Wayne said he weeps. It’s just so honest and I admire and respect that so much. ❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely adore the Osmond’s then and now.. I attended MANY concerts back in my youth (70s) i attended all the rock and 3 Osmond concerts AND The Osmond’s concerts the absolute best !! They deserve to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame!
  • So sorry that they endured so much pain. As a fan, I had no idea what they were going through but if it helps at all, they should know that they were the best part of many many of our lives. I'm 62 and I will ALWAYS be an Osmond fan.
  • I love this beautiful family! I loved them as a teen in the 70’s and even more now! Thank you Osmond brothers for all you sacrificed for your fans. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
  • Many of us were fans of the Osmonds back in the day and still to this day. Looking at this video really made me realise what they went through in order to please all their fans. They are wonderful people who have given so much of themselves to others. God bless them all ❤️

Crazy Horses is one of the most underrated Rock albums ever. If the Bros. would have been able to progress from that album and produce more music like that their story would have had a completely different second half. The Osmonds ROCK, no doubt about it!
  • How do you watch this without crying! The Osmond's gave me hours and hours of pleasure, and who knew their pain? They exemplified the true meaning of "family", and I will forever be grateful I grew up with them around me.

I have alway loved the Osmonds especially Donny, but after watching "Being a Osmond" each one of those guys has a very special place in my heart forever. They don't know it, but they all helped a little girl get through some real bad and sad times. Thank you Osmonds for being you. I'm also sorry for all the pain you all endured. I wish I could have been there for you. Like you were for me.💗💜

Their lives almost parallels the Jackson's? Both came from large families, faith was prominent in their lives, both groups started at a very young age, they were popular during the same decade and their fathers groomed them relentlessly, and both fathers were domineering. I think both the Osmonds and the Jacksons put on brave and happy faces for the world in those early years because they did not want to disappoint their fathers because the consequences may have have been just short of child abuse. I cried watching the brothers coming to terms with their upbringing, life journeys and with each other. They sacrificed much for us their fans. What a great price they have had to pay. Thank you so much for the music and Joy that you all brought to the world.

I love this family. I'm just sorry that the joy they brought to so many of us caused them so much pain. They have the best voices ever.
  • This was a real eye opener for me. I have been a fan for years and years. I'm sorry that they had it so tough. They are all mega talented and I wish them all the very best.

The joy they bring to so many came at a terrible price, but it seems to have made them the strong men they are. Thank you to all the Osmonds for the joy you have brought me and so many others through the years.
  • never was a fan but as soon as I got an eyeful of Wayne with his tie-dye tee shirt, I knew he was a guy I'd like to have a conversation with. He seems to continue to have a good time on the journey of life. As the doc continued I could appreciate his sensitivity and humor. Also Wayne s spot-on with his comment about serving others! The best way to get out of "self' is thru volunteering, says I. Cheers

They seem such lovely, damaged men. So terribly sad that parents and people that are trusted could do this to children. They all seem to be gentle souls
  • I am glad to have the opportunity to watch this. It put a new light on what this family sacrificed in order to entertain and touch others. May they be richly blessed and enjoy their families to the max!
