The Petite Trianon is a small chateau off the grounds of the Palace of Versailles. It was built by order of Louis XV, and served as a safe haven for Marie Antoinette during her time as the queen of France.

    Some of my favourite parts of the history include the Chinese style merry-go-round that was near the north facade, and that MA gave visiting VIPs a printed souvenir book when they visited the place. I have seen one of the books, but can not find it again.
