However, from the same war-torn post-apocalyptic future comes a battle-scarred defender--Kyle Reese, a brave soldier of the human Resistance Army--bent on stopping the cybernetic killer from eliminating the world's last hope. • Man... The Big difference with other Terminator movies is that this is the only one that was really a Horror/slasher/sci-fi movie. That is what makes this movie a really unique Masterpiece

That scene is the essence of the 1980's. Everyone was sooo young.
  • @c0ckyclown
By far, this is one of the most iconic scenes in any of the Terminator movies.

Fun fact. The cop in the scene is the same guy taking a picture of the Terminator in T2 when he is thrown through the window by the T1000. It’s why he had such a shocked look, like he saw a ghost.
  • @kataisa3
Oh wow, I totally forgot that Bishop was in this movie, too 👍
  • @a_23656
Linda is so sweet and vulnerable in that scene, when she sits down again, you can't help but you want to protect her

Not too many movies from the 80’s hold up in 2023. The Terminator is timeless. Awesome movie!

The more I watch this, I'm convinced that The Terminator is more of a love story between Sarah Connor and Kyle Reese, this scene looks so natural and clear, it can all be seen in their eyes. Why can't we make more of these type of movies again
  • @Ian-lm1py
The bit where Sarah picks the bottle up and the Terminator walks past and it goes slow motion. Amazing.

My favorite movie... ever. It stands alone, self-contained and perfectly recursive. It needed no sequel.
  • This is the best scene I’ve ever seen and my favorite Terminator movies is Terminator (1984) and Terminator 2 Judgement Day (1991)
  • I swear, this has got to be hands down one of the best scenes ever! Everything...perfect. Goosebumps every time.
  • Every time I see this scene, I'm reminded that this is such a superbly shot and edited film, particularly for a B-movie which was never expected to find major success. Adam Greenberg's cinematography is so good, James Cameron brought him back for Terminator 2 and he was nominated for a Best Cinematography Oscar. He should have won it too
  • @TheCoppoy
This is SO tense! They don't make movies like this anymore. And 4K quality just rocks 🤘🤘🤘

what can I say? Arnold really was perfectly cast as a cyborg. I will always LOVE this film 😍
  • There are many Terminator movies but only one in the fascinating 80's Unbeatible decade.
