So Jin gained 3cms and 12kg since Tekken 3. Not unheard off,i also got bigger from 20 to 23 Its nice that they update younger characters stats,Ninas on the other hand was completely retconned

I really like the detail that some of Jin’s kicks are a bit flashier this time around. He’s got like a hint of taekwondo in there, which is beautiful, considering his relationship with Hwo.

I wish they added more of his Devil powers in his heat moves. Like maybe Power stance to a third eye laser combo kinda like Kazuya, or maybe even a new version of the Heaven's gate uppercut like Kazuya's but Jin's version will maybe incorporate the laser.

The combat overhaul in this game is intense! The speeds feels like Dead or Alive and the combos feel stream lined like Soulcalibur 6 also Namco finally removed that weird “half foot crawling walk” towards your opponent. Now they only do that crawling walk on their first step and then, THEY FULLY ANIMATE ACTUAL WALKING STEPS!

Tekken 8 Jin is great! The trepass slayer technique comes from Devil Jin's Samsara technique. So far it looks like they mixed Jin with a portion of his Devil Jin power.
