Court documents reveal Prince Harry 'breached a confidentiality ring' in November 2023 when he emailed the veterans minister information about the court case.
He lost his first attempt to appeal against the dismissal of his legal challenge over the British government's decision to take away his police protection when he is in Britain, a court spokesperson said on Monday.
Harry, King Charles' younger son, had brought the action against the government at the High Court in London after the Home Office - the ministry responsible for policing - decided in February 2020 that he would cease to automatically receive personal police security while in Britain.
Harry, along with other senior royals, had received full publicly-funded security protection provided by the state before he stepped back from his royal duties and moved to California with his American wife Meghan in March 2020.
His lawyers told a hearing in December that the decision to take this away subjected him to unlawful, unfair and unjustifiable treatment.
But the government's legal team said the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures, known as RAVEC, had not decided Harry should not receive protection, but that he should not have it on the same basis.
The High Court agreed, concluding that there had been no unlawfulness in the decision and dismissed Harry's legal challenge.

He deliberately broke the law and his apology was NOT genuine. The British people are sick and tired of Harry and his wife. Harry thinks because of who his father is that he is above the law and is entitled to things he has NO rights to. This person is NOT a senior working royal or a working royal, they do NOT reside in this country, they pay NO taxes, they contribute NOTHING to our economy. Harry was told that he CANNOT use the HRH style and yet he disrespects everyone by doing so. These two are arrogant, entitled, spoilt, disrespectful lying individuals and they should NOT be given any special treatments or favours. The courts should have never have given him 10% discount, no one else gets a discount so why should he -the court had no right to give away taxpayers money when Harry lost the case. We are sick of it - for once I wish the courts would make an example of him so he is knows he is NOT above the law perhaps people would have more respect for the courts.

Personally, I am so sick of hearing about how terrible it was for Hypocrite Henry when his mother died. First of all, William also lost his mother, but he doesn’t go around whining about it. I understand Harry was young, but I was half that age when I lost my father and I, and thousands of other children, grow up and get on with our lives. The difference between Hypocrite and the rest of us? We didn’t get taken on African safaris or skiing in the Alps to distract us from our grief. We didn’t have the opportunity for the best education available, we were often poor and had to go to public schools. We didn’t get to eat the best of foods or drink the best drinks, many of us had to live from hand to mouth and sometimes went hungry. However, what we did get, which Henry apparently didn’t, is gratitude.

Take Harry and Meghan to court and ask them to proof all their allegations you have made against the Royal Family if no proof both should be jailed.

Harry forgot, he doesn't work for 'The Firm' anymore! When you don't work anymore, AND leave the country the job is in, they don't have to pay you, and the perks that go with the job are finished too. The world understands this when they leave or loose their jobs, how can Harry not grasp this simple concept..you left, it's over!! Finished! Ended! Why does this all go back to when his mother died, My late Auntie died at 48 her husband a year before he was 50. They left behind 7 yes! 7 children the youngest was seven have they gone around blaming the loss, No they have grown up a wonderful family all working and very stable. So get over yourself Harry.😡 Sorry I should have added that the 7 children stayed together and the older ones brought up the youngest ones, never once have they voiced any poor me even the youngest one who didn’t have a lot of memories.
