Pyromania is the third studio album by English rock band Def Leppard, released on 20 January 1983 through Vertigo Records in UK and Europe and through Mercury Records in the US. The first album to feature guitarist Phil Collen who replaced founding member Pete Willis, Pyromania was produced by Robert John "Mutt" Lange. The album was a shift away from the band's traditional heavy metal roots toward a more radio-friendly sound, finding massive mainstream success. Pyromania charted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200,[11] No. 4 on the Canadian RPM Album chart and No. 18 on the UK Albums Chart.[12] Selling over ten million copies in the US, it has been certified diamond by the RIAA.[13]

Comin Under Fire has grown on me over the years it's become my fave song on the album way underated tune!!! πŸ”₯
  • I miss Steve Clark so much...he was the heart and soul of the band.....
  • One of the best hard rock albums ever made, hands down. You know an album is good when the last song on the album--in this case, "Billy's got a Gun",--is one of the best songs on the album. So good. So many good songs on the album, and really no bad ones. Some better than others doesn't mean bad.

1 OF THE BAND N SOUND SYSTEM IN MUSIC HISTORY GREAT MUSIC TO DAMAGE OUR EAR DRUM POWER.FROM SINGAPORE FAN.
  • Sheer respect to the band for keeping their original drummer after his accident. He balled up and went for it...the world's only one-armed drummer at the arena-rock level. Kudos to all of them.
