It was so good to hear how well your grandfather is doing. You are looking fantastic! I love charity walks. We get to do something good for a charity and at the same time we get to celebrate that we are ourselves able to do the simple act of walking. It honors our own body while acknowledging that putting one foot in front of another can be so difficult for so many. ~Anni~
