The control of an opera singer, the presence of a forest pixie, and the enchantment of a siren. #Captivated
  • She just sings and acts like she is completely lost in her own world and I feel like its a privilege she lets us in. Her voice is so fucking unreal.

She looks like she sees and feels every word that she sings and it is more than magical
  • @narrow2
Imagine. She's just 21 years old and she already has musicians and a choir singing her songs, in one of Norway's biggest monuments.

I wish I had a friend who loved Aurora as much as I do. But everytime I show them her music they just smile and say: „Sounds nice." Damn it, I want you to cry, dance, laugh and scream like I do while listening! Edit march 2022: found that friend :) we're going to her concert this year

Came to listen to one song, ended up watching the entire thing without even realising.

Her on "Life on Mars": "It's not mine, but I wish it was." She made it hers. So beautiful.

I've only just discovered Aurora, and suddenly, I feel and more at peace and alive in this world knowing that she exists in it.
  • 23:05 "I woke up this morning wearing a wool sweater and wool socks... It was really sweaty" Silence "I forgot the point of my story"

Accidentally stumbled upon an Aurora fan - made reel on instagram it was called," How to do a cartwheel by Aurora" and I was soooold! Especially when she said, "stand like this, not like idiot, just like this." Then, I found out she was a famous singer. Saw this live concert when I first gave her music a listen, and I never descended back down to Earth, again. ❤

When you don't hold a child back. Look at this fully realized human. I want to be free like her.
  • The way she moves her arms is as if she's conducting the emotions of the audience... Magical.

I can't stop listening to her. Even her regular speaking voice just sends me off to a celestial daydream. She's such an interesting and incredible story teller too. Every performance is like she's reading you a story from the heavenly dimension. I don't think I've ever been this enamored with a performer's voice.

If my dad wants to come with me to see her live, THAT says something about how great of an artist she really is.

This is literally one of the best concerts that I have ever heard in my life. The audience is completely silent during the singing which is the ultimate sign of respect for a true artist like Aurora. The Venue of a Cathedral is absolutely epic in my opinion. The perfect atmosphere for this artist to demonstrate her craft.

I'm a freaking metalhead (most of the time) but this beautiful soul is living proof that you shouldn't ever limit yourself to a single genre or exclude an entire type of music based on one thing or another. Had I done that, I'd never have discovered this little wonder, the stylings from Lana Del Rey, Frederic Chopin (my favorite classical composer) to Frank Sinatra....there's so much special stuff out there that is sonically and spiritually just healing in my opinion. She's magical.
