    I have been eating sprouts 2 out of 3 meals a day for over 2 years now . The sprouts and my walking ( 6.2 miles is my daily average for over a year) have changed so many health problems including diabetes . I also lost over 100 lbs .

    Several doctors say that broccoli sprouts are the number one best food for fighting an existing cancer and preventing cancer. Same goes for other cruciferous sprouts and you don’t have to eat a lot of them, just daily.

  • ❤ Great video! I am a psychologist and have recently been doing a bit of research on the benefits of sprouts and mircogreens. Organic broccoli sprouts, in particular, are full of sulphoraphane which is great for the gut microbiome which is responsible for 90-95% production of overall total neurotransmitter production in the body.   • I also like fenugreek sprouts. Very easy to grow, great in salad. I add them to the dough when I bake my bread.

  • My favourites are broccoli sprouts. So good in wraps, salads, blended in dips. I make a cashew nut red pepper dip with a ton of sprouts, herbs and home made cayenne flakes.😋😋😋😋
